Herbert Hodge's dream is to be able to provide to the people of the Pioneer Valley a custom home that is affordable for everyone. He has built approximately 500 custom homes in the last 18 years with happy satisfied customers.
Herb first started out learning the construction of homes with his father in the mid 1960's. He continued on in the construction industry and in 1987 he started his own business building custom homes. Herb has become one of the most successful custom home builders in the Pioneer Valley.
Herb has been licensed for approximately 35 years and has a wealth of building knowledge. This experience has also lead him into the construction development of several condominium projects.
New England Fine Homebuilding also provides financing information and land availability. Herb and his sales staff will sit with you and answer any of you questions so that you will have a clear understanding of the construction and financial processes.
